About the plan – It is a one day menu that you follow for 4 weeks. You describe what foods you like, and Kendra teaches you portions, timing of meals, and the importance of macro-nutrients and the role they plays in nutrition. This approach gives you the tools to learn about the food you eat, how to keep it clean and how to make it work for your body.
You are in contact several times a week with Kendra and will complete a daily tracker to log progress.
For local clients, this plan includes an initial consultation for body fat analysis, full body measurements & photos.
COUPLES SUPPORT PLAN $130
Much like the above plans, YOU describe what foods you and your loved one would like, and a plan is created around easily prepared bulk foods, portioned appropriately for each of your goals. With this plan, you both can support each other and save time cooking, too!
MY FITNESS PAL APP CRASH COURSE $60
This one-on-one session covers the features of the My Fitness Pal App. Kendra will set up your profile and teach you how to use the tracker to ensure your best results! Kendra will guide you in the appropriate progression for fitness training and cover nutrition and meal portioning. Guidelines are also spelled out for cardio and strength training.
Body fat assessment, photos and measurements may be taken, but optional. Kendra highly recommends completing at least two for the best, most accurate, results.
ASSESSMENT AND CHECK-IN $30
This option is for returning clients that have chosen to continue with body fat assessment, measurements and monthly progress photos. This option is not available for new clients.
