Meet Carolyn. In the past 10 months, she has come to the gym every.single.week. She's followed her workout routine, taken the classes and completed her pilates sessions. She went from never taking a pilates class to being one of my three advanced students. Carolyn is an inspiration. She has lost over 15 lbs and 10% body fat (we're due to measure as you'll see!
