Everybody needs a good stretch. Why not dedicate 8 minutes to your daily routine and add this to wake up and start the day? The goal is to hold your poses for 3-5 breaths. Avoid bouncing in the stretches, too. It shouldn't take you to a point of pain, just a small amount of tension. Bouncing or over stretching doesn't benefit us. Just chill, slow your roll and you'll be flexy before you know it!
