Womens Fitness at Arena District Athletic Club is a 6 - Week group training program focused on results and lasting benefits.
This program will challenge you in all aspects of fitness incorporating spinning, TRX, dumbbells and core work.

Tuesday & Thursday: 5:45 pm - 6:30 pm
As a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist, pilates instructor ad TRX for active seniors certified, my passion is teaching strength, mobility and stability. In this program, women will learn why each modality is important for overall health while tying in nutrition, accountability and motivation.
I will provide continued 1-on-1 support for each member of the program. We will focus on results by way of pre and post assessment, strength and cardiovascular goals.
