Every morning I'd like to think of myself as a hot mess. Not in a bad way, but a "good morning this is my crazy life" way. My hubby gets to work before I do, my dog jumps on the bed and my 14 month old son is STILL sleeping in bed with us. My schedule is pretty flexible but somehow and for some reason, I'm always up between 4:30 and 6:00am. I don't remember a time in my life where breakfast was not part of morning routine. It is pretty stanard, however, that it is oatmeal or protein pancakes. Some weekends I'll steal some of hubbys cereal...but that's about as crafty as I get with breakfast. I just know it sets the tone for my day. It needs to be legit if I'm even thinking about making it to lil'G's bath time. This breakfast gets me there! Enjoy and I know it will set you in the right direction!
OH! I almost forgot. I take my protein powder and put it in lukewarm coffee on my nutri-bullet! It makes a solid froth and a yummy latte for my ride into work!
