THE CORE COURSE (ONLINE | Postnatal)
Join me for a comprehensive course to help your postnatal body heal from pregnancy, labor and delivery! In this online video course we focus on all muscles mainly affected and take a corrective approach to peel back the layers and start with the basics. We work through Diastases Recti, low back pain, gluteal disfunction and tightened anterior muscles due to breastfeeding.
This course includes five online videos. You can purchase by completing my form on the free consult page. I recommend purchasing a few items from Amazon and the total comes to $47.99 with the two exercise props we will use. Those will be outlined in your welcome letter for the course.
FIT FOR BIRTH 10 WEEK STRENGTH SERIES (Prenatal)
This 10 week fitness series is holistically designed to build the strength and flexibility to keep your body strong and functional during pregnancy. Together we work through breathing techniques, Pilates, yoga and resistance training all designed to reduce the physical discomforts of pregnancy, improve fitness levels, decrease time in active labor and speed recovery.
While we will increase your pre and post-natal awareness, we will also learn how to modify your movements in a safe and supportive environment for your other fitness centered activities.
This course is $250 and includes 2 in person, or online, one hour sessions; a trimester-by-trimester workout program and constant communication throughout.
