Anyways, this HIIT routine lasts roughly 6 minutes. Complete this three rounds combined with a nice stroll outside and you are SOLID. Ideally, We build in active recovery (rest but moving) in between rounds. If you have a treadmill, rower , spin bike or elliptical give yourself 2 minutes at an easy pace. Otherwise, chill out for a minute or two and HIIT it again!
