After joining the Life Time team, I was most excited to learn more about our nutrition products. This is the first role as a personal trainer where my gym actually provides an entire 'healthy way of life' culture from supplements to training to assessments. How cool? Naturally, I jumped right in.
In the past, I haven't been much of a smoothie person. I just would rather chew my food. Regardless, I was finding ways to squeeze in my protein and more importantly, our greens. The greens are GOLD. Which brings me to, the #bestsmoothieever.
