Exploring Pilates Tower

OK, Ok! I've always said if I could always be in school, I would. Just like Will Farrell loves smiling, I love learning. lol. Anyways, so, tower is the crazy looking top half of some reformers. I've always played with it, but haven't spent much time really digging in to tower exercises.

When you think of Reformer and Mat, you may wonder, what is tower? "The apparatus is sleek and lean, just like the muscles it will help you sculpt. The majority of Tower exercises focus on one area of the body at a time, making it easier to isolate muscle groups. ... Unlike Pilates Mat and Reformer workouts, there is no set classical order for the Towerexercises."
