Kendra understands that no single program works for everyone. Keeping that in mind, she offers several different options for training to help you, in a customized fashion, transform your body. Kendra's approach to fitness has no room for games or gimics. Personal training with Kendra WILL give you results you're looking for. You will work hard and you will succeed. Every session and program is individualized to your needs.

New to Pilates? Please join me for a complimentary 30 minute session to get familiar with our equipment and learn the pilates principles and terminology. For placement in classes below, a 30 minute session and private/duet class is required prior to joining.
1 hour Session 1-on-1

Tuesday at 9 AM (L2)
Friday at 10:45 (L3)
Tone - Level 2
Each week Kendra will introduce new exercise combinations to keep your muscles guessing. This class flows at a slower pace. Great for intermediate levels, men and women.
Transform - Level 3
Intermediate-advanced class moving at a moderate pace. Clients must have a strong Pilates practice prior to joining. We will include Jump!
