Kendra is a certified personal trainer and tailors all client plans on individual needs and personal goals. Kendra's background was not always fitness and nutrition; she has her BA in Political Science and Pre-Law from the University of Dayton. She started down the path to her Juris Doctorate at Capital University when fitness became more predominately her passion. After losing 80 lbs and transforming her own body, the fitness industry welcomed her with open arms!
Kendra has competed in 7 figure and fitness shows, both NPC & WNBF, earned her WNBF Pro card in 2014 and ended her pre-baby competition career at the 2014 Arnold Sports Festival in International Amateur Fitness. She looks forward to helping aspiring competitors rock the stage!
She has been training clients since 2013 and has specialized certifications in Reformer Pilates and Pre & Post-Natal Fitness. Working with special populations with these unique methods is a passion of Kendra's.
She understands while strengthening inner core and stabilizer muscles is essential for well-being, resistance training is essential for fat-loss and cardiovascular health.

Pilates Reformer is a low impact way to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. With a focus on alignment, spine health and core strength, we will work through progressions to meet your goals.
Kendra understands that no single program works for everyone. Keeping that in mind, she offers several different options for training and nutrition to help you, in a customized fashion, transform your body.
